VIZ AND UEF SIGN COMPREHENSIVE STRATEGIC COOPERATION TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH-QUALITY HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
On August 15, 2024, Vietnam Industrial Park Portal held a signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on strategic cooperation with Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF). The two sides agreed to sign a Cooperation Agreement in the field of developing high-quality human resources in the Real Estate industry, especially in the field of Industrial Real Estate.
Sharing about the cooperation, on behalf of UEF, Dr. Nhan Cam Tri - Vice President of the University also expressed special interest in comprehensive cooperation with VIZ this time, in order to promote practical activities for the economic sector. On behalf of VIZ, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Khanh - General Director of Vietnam Industrial Zone Portal Corporation also expressed her desire to accompany the University in events and practical activities, especially programs related to the economic sector, contributing to expanding quality internship units for students.
The two parties commit to cooperate in good faith to implement the contents of the agreement, specifically:
VIZ accompanies UEF in: Annual internship and traineeship programs; Introducing good experts to be instructors during student internships and traineeships; Coordinating the organization of specialized reports on professional experience and necessary skills for students; Contributing to the development of training programs and curricula; Sending experts to teach, give presentations, and hold seminars; Depending on the strategy and program of the enterprise, contributing to the UEF Learning Support Fund or Scholarship Fund; Sponsoring students' academic activities such as: academic competitions, skills training courses, specialized reports, etc.
UEF coordinates and accompanies VIZ: Planning to send students to practice and intern at VIZ and Enterprises with an agreed number each year; Prioritizing the provision of high-quality human resources for VIZ's recruitment needs; Organizing professional training courses for VIZ with preferential tuition fees; Promoting VIZ's image on UEF's website and other media when the school organizes events; Coordinating in researching scientific topics to solve problems arising in VIZ's business practices; Assisting in approaching the school's management team, lecturers, staff, students in particular and society in general, depending on the content that VIZ needs to cooperate on.
Sharing the same aspiration for a sustainable future, we believe that after the milestone of signing the cooperation agreement, the two units will work together to implement many quality programs, bringing practical values in both study and work for students of all majors. At the same time, the two sides will research to continue to cooperate in other potential fields, with the motto of maximizing the strengths of each side, developing together.
