On August 15, 2024, Vietnam Industrial Zone Portal held a signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on investment promotion cooperation with SP Energy Vietnam Company Limited and Protrade International One Member Company Limited. The three parties agreed to cooperate in researching and investing in renewable energy infrastructure at Protrade International Industrial Park. In order to develop renewable energy infrastructure and other products and services to contribute to the development of Protrade International Industrial Park into a sustainable smart industrial park, aiming for Net zero, meeting the new requirements of FDI enterprises globally. Thereby, promoting highly effective business activities, creating the brand and reputation of Protrade International Industrial Park domestically and internationally.

The three parties commit to cooperate in good faith to implement the contents of the agreement, specifically:

SP Energy Vietnam Company Limited: Deploying research and application of renewable energy solutions and renewable energy infrastructure investment plans for Protrade International Industrial Park, moving towards strategic investment cooperation with Protrade International One Member Company Limited for renewable energy infrastructure projects.

Protrade International One Member Company Limited: Agree that SP Energy Vietnam Company Limited is the coordinating unit with Protrade International One Member Company Limited to research and apply renewable energy solutions and investment plans for renewable energy infrastructure at Protrade International Industrial Park.

Vietnam Industrial Zone Portal Corporation: Coordinate, promote and supervise the parties to implement work items as committed to realize the goals of the Parties and provide investment promotion consulting services for SP Energy Vietnam Company Limited and Protrade International One Member Company Limited to successfully cooperate in investment.

Cooperation between the Parties is voluntary, equal, respectful, for the common benefit of the Parties and the community. The Parties agree to pay the necessary expenses in the process of investment promotion and implementation according to the reality and specific agreement between the Parties.
